Hourly rate - £75

I offer a free initial 20 minute phone or Zoom call to discuss your situation. Following that, I review all current paperwork and suggest an hour-long Zoom call to create plan of action.

I charge set rates for the discreet pieces of work listed below. Email correspondence and phone calls beyond these, for example to discuss updates and progress in an ongoing appeal, is charged at my hourly rate. I make every effort to keep costs as low as I can for parents.

I believe very strongly that professional advice and support should be available for every parent. If you need help but would struggle to pay these fees, please do get in touch. I tailor my approach to each family and can discuss a range of options to keep within your budget.

EHCP Checks - £395

I conduct a thorough review of existing or draft Plans to ensure that the law has been followed and all Special Educational Needs and Provision have been described correctly.

Grounds of Appeal - £995

I write a full legal case and submit this to the SEND Tribunal on parents’ behalf, ensuring that all supporting evidence is in place.

Request for EHC Needs Assessment - £595

I write an application tailored to the child, using existing assessment reports and paperwork and including all legal arguments. This can be written with or without the input of the child’s current school.

Tribunal Hearing Attendance - £1195

I act as the parents’ representative at Tribunal Hearing, liaising with expert witnesses, putting forward the legal case and answering questions from the Tribunal Panel.

Attending Annual Reviews - £395

I support parents at Annual Review meetings, ensuring that their voices are heard whilst preserving an amicable relationship with the educational establishment. I can also attend other meetings with schools and local authorities.

Amending Working Documents - £595

I review and amend the Working Documents in the months leading up to the Tribunal Hearing to settle as many issues as possible in advance.
